We will certainly pray for her family. Senseless tragedies like this are often preventable. When they occur, there’s no turning back on the resulting death and destruction. Many folks don’t realize the need to immediately preserve evidence in cases such as Brenda Woods’ and the many, many others occurring daily.
Rest assured, the insurance company for this tractor trailer had experts and lawyers working this case almost immediately after it happened. We certainly hope Ms. Woods’ family was able to find competent counsel quickly as well.
